The ServSafe® Food Manager Certification gives food service operators the knowledge to keep food safe. You must attend both days in order to take the exams.

Cost
$150 per person
Send cash / check / money order to the Fairfield County Health Department. Pre-pay ahead by mail or at the office.
Class size is limited to 16 students.
Registration rules
- Must register two weeks prior to the class date (no exceptions, materials are ordered two weeks ahead with the exact number of tests). If the deadline has passed, sign up for the next available class date.
- Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Registration must be paid in full one week before the first class date.
- We will not "hold" spots without payment.
- One registration form per person.
- No refunds will be provided after registration forms are received.
