Driving directions to the Lancaster office

The Fairfield County Health Department is located in the Colonnade Plaza on Sheridan Drive.

From Columbus via Route 33
  1. Travel east on Route 33 toward Lancaster.
  2. Take the Lancaster Business Route exit.
  3. Turn left at Fair Avenue.
  4. Continue straight on Fair Avenue through three four-way stops and two stop signs.
  5. Turn left onto Sheridan Drive at the traffic light.
  6. The Health Department is on the right in the Colonnade Plaza.
From the South (Logan / Hocking County) via Route 33
  1. Travel west on State Route 33 toward Lancaster.
  2. Take the Lancaster Business Route exit.
  3. Continue straight through the traffic light toward Lancaster.
  4. Turn right onto Fair Avenue in Lancaster (at Walgreen's).
  5. Continue straight on Fair Avenue through three four-way stops and two stop signs.
  6. Turn left onto Sheridan Drive at the traffic light.
  7. The Health Department is on the right in the Colonnade Plaza.
From the East via SR 37 (New Lexington) or US 22 (Zanesville)
  1. Travel west on SR 37 or US 22 toward Lancaster.
  2. US 22 and SR 37 join at the Lancaster city limits (East Main Street). Continue on Main Street toward downtown.
  3. Turn right onto North Ewing Street (you'll see the blue hospital sign).
  4. Continue on North Ewing Street past the hospital to the traffic light.
  5. Turn left onto Pleasantville Road.
  6. Turn right onto Sheridan Drive (at the second traffic light).
  7. The Health Department is on the right in the Colonnade Plaza.
From the West via SR 188
  1. Travel east on SR 188 toward Lancaster.
  2. Turn right onto Tiki Lane.
  3. Turn right onto Sheridan Drive at the traffic light.
  4. The Health Department is on the right in the Colonnade Plaza.
