About the program
Campgrounds and resident camps in Fairfield County are licensed and inspected by this office to protect the public from injury, minimize the potential for disease transmission, and provide a safe, healthy recreational environment.
Plan review for temporary camps and resident camps is completed by the Fairfield County Health Department. Plan review for permanent campgrounds is administered through the Ohio Department of Health.
