Fee Schedule

Current fees for permits, licenses, registrations, and services. Effective October 1, 2025.

Fees are effective October 1, 2025. “Total Fee” combines the Fairfield County Health Department (FCHD) fee and any applicable State of Ohio fee. Unless otherwise noted, penalty fees for all programs are charged at 25% of the FCHD fee and the other fee. Fees are subject to change; contact us to confirm a current amount.
