The Fairfield County Health Department (FCHD) collects and reviews disease based data to monitor the health of our community. This data comes from required reports submitted by healthcare providers and laboratories, as well as information gathered through case investigations and follow up with individuals who are ill. These reports help us track trends, identify outbreaks, and guide public health response and prevention efforts in Fairfield County.
