Residents of Fairfield County within our service area can fill out this form to request that their property not be sprayed for mosquito control by the Fairfield County Health Department (FCHD).
FCHD does not provide mosquito spray services to the City of Lancaster, City of Pickerington, Village of Lithopolis, or Village of Amanda.
FCHD will make a good faith effort to shut off truck-mounted spray equipment within approximately 150 feet of the registered property boundaries to account for product drift. This request is only good for this calendar year, and a new request must be submitted each year you wish to be exempt.
